Title: Senior Event Producer
Location: Onsite Monday-Thursday in North Hollywood with work from home on Fridays
Salary: $80k - $100k
Required Skills: Must have minimum 2+ consecutive years working for an events agency planning events from pre through post production of B2B & B2C events
Position Overview
The Senior Event Producer will lead the planning and execution of high-profile events, ensuring all aspects are meticulously organized and delivered to meet client expectations. This role requires a deep understanding of both B2B and B2C event dynamics within an agency setting, driving innovative solutions and strategies to enhance the overall event experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of events from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives, providing expert guidance on event strategy.
- Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and accuracy throughout the planning process.
- Oversee the creation of event timelines and schedules, ensuring key milestones are met and communicated to all stakeholders.
- Work closely with marketing and creative teams to design event branding and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Evaluate event success through feedback and data analysis, applying insights to improve future events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in event planning, with a focus on both B2B and B2C events.
- Proven track record of successful event execution in an agency environment.
- Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong client relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
