Title: Inspector

Location: Syracuse, NY (2nd Shift) OR Cohoes, NY (1st & 2nd Shift Available)

Pay: $15-20/hour

Position Overview
The Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications throughout the production process. This position involves examining materials and finished products, performing quality control checks, and collaborating with production teams to maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Monitor and report on the production process to identify areas for improvement.
Implement quality control measures to maintain product consistency and reliability.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and provide solutions.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality reports.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving quality-related issues promptly.
Utilize analytical skills to assess production processes and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an inspector or in a similar role within manufacturing or production environments.
Strong knowledge of machine tools and production processes.
Familiarity with quality control standards and methodologies.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and customers.
Ability to interpret technical documents and specifications.
