We are a growing CPA firm actively seeking full time tax associates to join our team. Our tax professionals provide tax preparation, planning, and consulting services to a wide variety of clients including individuals, partnerships, trusts, non-profits, and corporations. We strive to help clients maintain financial viability in the present, while taking a proactive approach to achieve future goals.
Responsibilities:
-Prepares projections, returns, schedules, and forms accurately and efficiently
-Conducts tax research and understands tax concepts to develop planning opportunities for clients
-Works closely with partners, managers, and staff to facilitate a team approach
-Maintains strong client service relationships
-Proactively reaches out to obtain knowledge, additional tasks, and responsibilities.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's or Associate's degree required
-Master's degree preferred
-CPA preferred
-2+ years public experience preferred
-Excellent attention to detail
-Strong organizational skills
-Ability to professionally engage with clients both verbally and in writing
-High Proficiency working with a computer and software
-Strong Microsoft Excel skills
-Experience with CS Professional Suite/UltraTax CS and QuickBooks is a plus
