We are looking for a Tax Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities
-Managing tax advisory services and tax compliance for pass-through entities with a broad range of for-profit industries including Construction, Manufacturing, Retail and Professional Services.
-Experience researching tax related matters and providing written correspondence with an understanding of the structure of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulations.
-Helping to develop, build and manage client relationships including Billing & Collections independently.
-Representing RGCO in the professional and business community with a Strong positive Attitude
-Participating in the proposal process for prospective clients
-Assisting with managing, developing, and training professional tax staff
-Experience managing multiple client engagements
-A strong sense of ownership for advocating for and providing a voice of direction for our Firm by participating in committees designed for client or staff development and operations
-Excellent supervisory, team building, and time management skills
Qualifications
5+years of relevant experience in public accounting
-Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
-CPA license required
-Experience with CCH ProSystems tax software (Engagement, Document a plus)
