Job Title: Superintendent
Job Location: Spokane, WA
Salary: $140k-$190k + Vehicle + bonus + Benefits + 401k Match, etc.
Requirements: 8+ Years' Experience as Construction Superintendent on projects related to any of the following: Healthcare, Commercial, K-12, Higher education, etc.

This is a full time/ permanent position with a 200-person general contractor with a wide range of ground-up projects across Healthcare, Education, Commercial, etc. We are well established with consistent work and a backlog of projects.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience working on ground-up Projects
Projects related to any of the following: Healthcare, Commercial, K-12, Higher education, Life Science, etc.
Projects exceeding $30M
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
