Headquartered in Des Moines, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our growing commercial construction team. Founded in 2016, we are a construction firm that works on medical facilities and clinics. We have several offices across four states We pride ourselves on our master planning and work with the top healthcare administrators, boards, and facility leaders! We aim to find someone who shares our drive to build beautifully, ethically, and timely to join our team.

What You Will Be Doing

- Medical and healthcare builds
- Scheduling, ordering materials, etc.
- Overseeing site day-to-day
- Maintain site-specific quality control and safety plans
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, city officials, etc.

What You Need for this Position

- 3+ Years as a Superintendent
- 3+ years in Healthcare Construction
