We've spent the last 80 years becoming a nationally recognized design firm providing architectural, planning and interior design services.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles and experience with Multi-family Design and/or Senior Living Design. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for creating and executing innovative design solutions that are in line with our company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Architect license is a plus but not required
Multi-family or Senior Living experience is a plus
Healthcare and Hospitality a plus
Proficiency with Revit
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Creative thinking and ability to work independently.
Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative design solutions in a timely manner.
Effectively collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure that design solutions meet the project goals and objectives.
Stay up to date on the latest design trends, materials, and techniques.
Create drawings, diagrams, and other visual aids to help stakeholders better understand the design.
Continuously acquire knowledge and stay up to date on new technologies and techniques.
