Based in Arlington, MA, we're a full service fire sprinkler and alarm contractor with a long history of success and currently we are looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
What You Will Be Doing
You will play a vital role in the management and development of our company's human resources processes and policies
You will be responsible for providing HR support to all levels of employees, from entry-level to senior management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws
Manage full life cycle of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws- Interpret company policies and ensure consistent application across all departments
Collaborate with other HR team members to continuously improve processes and procedures
What You Will Need For This Position
At least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with at least 2 years in a senior-level role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Knowledge of HRIS systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR software systems
PHR or SPHR certification preferred-
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
