Position Overview
The Senior Energy Analyst will be responsible for leading energy management initiatives, conducting energy audits, and ensuring compliance with energy regulations. The role aims to optimize energy use and promote sustainable practices on base.

Key Responsibilities

Lead energy and water management projects and initiatives to enhance energy efficiency.
Conduct comprehensive energy audits to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with energy regulations and standards.
Analyze energy data to evaluate performance and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement energy-saving strategies.
Prepare reports and presentations on energy performance and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in energy technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in energy management or related field.
Strong knowledge of energy management practices and compliance requirements.
Experience in conducting energy audits and assessments.
Proficient in analyzing energy data and using energy management software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with ESPC, UESC, DSM or other energy financing vehicles
Certification in Energy Management (CEM) or similar is a plus.
