Regional Sales Manager - Wastewater Grinders

Position Overview
The Regional Sales Manager for our Waste Water division will drive sales initiatives and develop strong relationships with clients in the wastewater management sector.  Candidates must have experience selling products into Waste Water Municipalities. This role focuses on expanding market presence, increasing sales revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for wastewater grinders and related products.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the wastewater management industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs related to wastewater treatment solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeted at the wastewater sector.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients regarding wastewater grinders and screens, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to enhance company visibility and network with potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales in the wastewater municipalities sector
  • Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes and equipment, particularly grinders and screens.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to travel regionally as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
