Salary: $100k-$125k depending on experience
Requirement: 5+ years Mechanical Contracting experience, Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Regional Commercial Project Manager (Mechanical) to oversee and manage the execution of mechanical projects in the commercial/multifamily construction sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, with a focus on HVAC and mechanical systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mechanical project teams across multiple sites in the region.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources for mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
• Conduct project estimation and prepare detailed budgets and forecasts for mechanical installations.
• Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement project management best practices to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to address project needs and concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction sector, specifically focusing on HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Proven track record of managing multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of project estimation and budgeting processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
