Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes in the automotive sector. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations such as IATF and ISO. The Quality Manager will lead the quality team, implement quality management systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures to ensure compliance with IATF and ISO standards.
Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Lead and mentor the quality assurance team to achieve high levels of performance and engagement.
Monitor and analyze quality metrics and data to drive actions for improvement.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
Manage customer complaints and quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
Conduct training sessions on quality standards and practices for staff across the organization.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of IATF and ISO quality standards.
Experience with quality audits and quality management systems.
Proficient in quality tools and methodologies, including Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
