Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and plumbing, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion
Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and suppliers
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary
Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders
Prepare and present project updates and reports to management
Manage project risks and issues effectively

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems
Proficient in project management software and tools
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
