Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee and lead commercial construction projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing ground-up builds, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
Oversee RFI, submittals, and change order processes
Conduct job site visits and ensure quality control and jobsite safety compliance
Lead project meetings and provide consistent communication to stakeholders
Manage contracts, billing, and project documentation
Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction (ground-up experience required)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of construction drawings, building codes, and construction methods
Proficient with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (not required)
