Position Overview: The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for the production of PCB (printed circuit board) components. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and reliable production processes, as well as identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for the production of PCB components.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process efficiency and reliability.- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.- Design and implement quality control measures to ensure product quality.- Troubleshoot and resolve any process-related issues.- Conduct research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and changes.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.-
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer, preferably in the PCB industry.- Strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and equipment.- Proficiency in process optimization and improvement.- Experience in designing and implementing quality control measures.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work well in a team and independently.- Proficient in using relevant software and tools.- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
