Marketing Manager - Trademarker (Intellectual Property)

Position Overview
The Marketing Manager - Trademarker will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote and protect our brand and intellectual property assets. This role combines expertise in trademark management with marketing initiatives to enhance brand recognition and value in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with intellectual property goals and brand objectives.
Manage trademark registration and enforcement processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth and protection.
Collaborate with legal teams to handle trademark disputes and infringement cases.
Create and oversee marketing campaigns that highlight the companys trademarked products and services.
Educate internal teams and stakeholders about the importance of trademark protection and brand integrity.
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in marketing management, particularly in the area of intellectual property and trademarks.
Strong understanding of trademark law and brand protection strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and metrics.
