Title: Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift - Food Manufacturing
Location: Cincinnati, OH 45241 (north Cincinnati)
Hourly: $26 - $32 / Hr + Overtime + 8% 401k Match

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 2pm - 11pm

Founded in 1926 we are a 3rd generation family owned 100 employee manufacturer of condiments, specialty sauces and ingredients for customers across the US. We have 2 facilities (1 in Baltimore & the other here in north Cincinnati) that manufacture products for the retail, foodservice, co-pack, private label and industrial marketplaces. We've experienced huge growth these past 2 years increasing our headcount by over 40% as we continue to invest in new technologies and increase our market share in the space. We are looking to hire 2 Maintenance Technicians (both on 2nd shift) to help carry out production line changeovers along with machine troubleshooting, repairs and equipment breakdown maintenance.

What You Will Be Doing

Perform production line changeovers according to current specs & guidelines
Improve changeover effectiveness by developing detailed documentation & procedures
Follows established guidelines for making accurate repairs & complete all required paperwork associated w/ repairs
Performs high quality maintenance work in accordance w/ written procedures & SOPs
Troubleshoot AC variable frequency drives, AC & DC motors, DC drives & other motor control circuits
Troubleshoot discrete & analog sensors incl: pressure, temperature, flow, photo-electric, inductive proximity along w/ PLCs & PLC controlled systems / machines
Diagnose & repair gearboxes, bearings, pumps & other mechanical / hydraulic systems
Participate in new equipment installation, validation & start up processes

What You Need for this Position

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong machinery troubleshooting, root cause & corrective action skills
Experience w/ food processing & packaging machinery is ideal
Food manufacturing GMP experience is ideal
Allen Bradley experience preferred (CompactLogix, SLC 500, PV+, etc.)
