Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our 3rd shift operations (11pm-7am) to ensure optimal functionality and safety of our facility's machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repair of equipment and machinery
Conduct preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance
Calibrate and maintain equipment to meet operational standards
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols throughout maintenance activities
Maintain accurate technical documentation of maintenance activities and repairs
Manage facility maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe working environment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
Proven experience in mechanical troubleshooting and equipment maintenance
Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance strategies
Experience with equipment calibration and technical documentation
Familiarity with safety compliance standards in a manufacturing environment
Ability to work independently and efficiently during 3rd shift hours
Solid understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
