Maintenance Supervisor

Position Overview
Join our team as a key player in maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation and safety of production equipment, with a focus on timely daily start-ups. You'll manage and track work orders, implement a preventive maintenance schedule, and gain expertise in operating the NH3 system. In addition, you'll collaborate with management to help organize and plan departmental needs, making a significant impact on the success of our operations.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure facility operations are uninterrupted.
- Manage the repair and maintenance of all equipment, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and order new materials as needed.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff to promote professional development and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and reports for management.
What's Required
- 3+ years of prior experience or related experience.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.
- Must possess a strong understanding of power tools, hand tools, and maintenance techniques.
- Excellent management and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
