Position Overview
The Maintenance Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance department for two sites to ensure the efficient operation of all equipment and facilities. This role requires strategic planning, leadership, and a strong knowledge of maintenance practices within the food manufacturing industry, particularly in meat processing.
