Job Description:
As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of complex commercial disputes and representing our clients in both state and federal courts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in one of our practice areas and a proven track record of successfully litigating cases.
Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to our clients in various business-related disputes, including contract disputes, intellectual property disputes, and employment law matters. You will also be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing our clients in court. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of business law and litigation procedures.
