Job Title: Licensed Journeyman Electrician
Location: Miami, FL
Hourly Salary: $30/HR + benefits + 10% bonus and overtime
Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing electrical systems in our properties. This is a full-time position that may require occasional evening or weekend work.
Job Responsibilities
Inspect and diagnose electrical faults and malfunctions.
Install electrical equipment and wiring systems.
Repair electrical systems and equipment as needed.
Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and standards.
Update electrical equipment to meet current safety standards and requirements.
Collaborate with contractors, builders, and other professionals to complete projects on time and on budget.
Respond to emergency calls as needed.
One-year certificate from college or technical school. 2-year degree preferred.
Must be a licensed Journeymen Electrician in the state of Florida.
At least 5 years' hands on experience
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
