Job Title: Lead Estimator
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Salary: $120k-$145k depending on experience
Requirement: 5+ years in construction, Commercial or Multifamily ground-up experience

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Estimator to join our team as we continue to grow. Our main product type is commercial, multifamily or senior living, pre-cast concrete builds. In this role you will be working directly with our well tenured team and our Preconstruction Director who's been with us 10+ yrs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of construction projects, ensuring that all projects are completed within budget and on time.
