We are a site work civil contractor specializing in dirt work and site utilities in the greater Houston area. We handle small to large and difficult projects. Due to demand and growth for our services, we are looking to add an Equipment Manager to the team!
This is not a (remote) or (hybrid) position. Relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

-Develop and coordinate maintenance and usage of heavy equipment for civil and commercial construction projects, including site work, earthwork, and building
-Source equipment, overseeing delivery/pickup, rental data, tracking, and related costs
-Ensure job production pace and efficiency by coordination of equipment, materials, and proper maintenance
-Work closely with project managers and field management to manage equipment for daily use
-Continuously monitor project progress and update estimates as needed
-Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and ensure compliance with project specification
- At least 3 years of experience as an Equipment Manager or similar experience
- Experience with dirt work and/or wet utilities (preferred)
- Project fiscal responsibility
- Strong oversight abilities
- Strong organizational and collaborative skills
- Competitive base salary $90-120k+ based off experience
