We are a progressive hospitality group with a passion for serving our guests and the casino business! We are looking for a highly analytical individual with strong organizational & communication skills to lead our accounting team in our Colorado division.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train & supervise staff
- Manage cash flow
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Manage receivables
- Create annual budgets and monthly variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance on all regulatory licenses and permits, leases, contracts, legal agreements, and the proper execution of all operational taxes.
- Oversight of Colorado Gaming Control Board MICs, regulations and statutes, budget planning and financial strategizing for gaming departments for Colorado Properties.
- Oversees Cage, Accounting, Warehouse & Drop/Count Team.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years of experience in a management role
- Experience in Casino industry
- Strong understanding of GAAP
