Position Overview: We have an opening for a Controls Engineer in our Danvers, MA area location (just east of Danvers).
In this role, you will be responsible for the design, programming, troubleshooting and maintenance of automation and control systems.

Base salary: $90,000-$105,000 along with great benefits too.
What You Will Be Doing
Working with a diverse portfolio of client projects in Automation Control Systems.
Responsibilities:
-Design and program PLCs (Siemens, AB and Rockwell) using Codesys, ladder logic or other formats.
-Continuous improvement, design optimization and component simplification
-Write ECO updating design documentation
-Architect control systems specifying required PLC components, cabinet design and wiring schematics.
-Debug existing systems to find root cause of failures
-Complete design details for systems, specify terminations, layout, and wire routing.
-Design compliance, specify terminations, layout and wire routing
What You Need for this Position
-BS degree in Electrical Engineering OR Controls Engineering
-Codesys or related experience is highly desirable.
-3+ years years of experience in controls engineering, PLC programming
-Knowledge of E-Plan, SolidWorks Electrical and Microsoft Suite
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong problem solving skills
-Ability to attend occasional client meetings at client sites
