Position Overview
The Controller will oversee all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role is crucial for managing financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review
Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts to ensure financial goals are met

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 2 years of experience as a Controller or in a similar role within the accounting field
Strong leadership and communication skills

Nice to Have

CPA
Sage Intacct experience
Construction or Landscaping Accounting experience
