Job Title: Contracts Administrator
Job Location: Brecksville, OH

Based in Brecksville, OH, we are a turnkey sports specific general contractor, specializing in construction of both high-performance natural grass and synthetic turf systems, running tracks, lighting systems, bleachers, scoreboards, fencing, and all other components of sports facilities.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Prepare and submit Owner invoicing including all required documentation
- Manage Accounts Payable entry for all project related expenses
- Manage Project Closeout Phase for all assigned projects
- Monitor and improve One Note notebook for Company use as a daily communication tool to track project plans and meeting discussion points.
- Observe and participate in weekly project meetings per assigned projects, create and implement workflows.
Must Have Skills:
1.) Experience as a Contracts Administrator (Construction industry experience preferred)
2.) Experience managing the contract execution process
3.) Proficiency in MS Office and Raken software
