Because of our backlog, we are looking for a Superintendent with at least 5yrs of recent construction field leadership experience, to help on our wide range of projects.
Responsibilities
-Project Coordination: Managing the schedule, materials, equipment, and labor needed for the project.
-Team Supervision: Directing and supervising workers, subcontractors, and site managers.
-Communication: Acting as the main point of contact between the construction team, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
-Quality Control: Ensuring work is done according to the project specifications and quality standards.
-Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
-Problem-Solving: Addressing issues that arise on-site, such as delays, equipment failures, or unexpected challenges.
-Progress Reporting: Tracking project milestones and reporting progress to higher management or the client.
Requirements
-5+yrs of recent Construction Field Leadership Experience or Equivalent Superintendent Experience
-Recent Experience on Class A Interior Fit Out or Ground Up Project Experience
-OSHA 30
