The Cleveland office is seeking a motivated civil litigator to join the Professional Liability practice group. Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in professional liability matters, including legal malpractice defense and disciplinary proceedings.
Manage all phases of civil litigation in state and federal courts, from investigation through trial.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Take and defend depositions, manage expert witnesses, and handle motion practice.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, courts, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active Ohio law license.
3+ years of litigation experience.
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Proven ability to manage complex litigation independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Experience

Defense of legal malpractice claims, including familiarity with case-within-a-case analysis.
Representation of attorneys in grievance investigations and disciplinary proceedings.
Experience with lawyer fiduciary representation in probate matters.
