What You Will Be Doing?
As a Civil Litigation / Business Attorney you will represent those who are involved in an assortment of disputes, whether between individuals or businesses. The Attorney will be expected to handle a case, from interviewing the potential client through trial. Areas of experience should include business formation and corporate governance, business contracts, commercial litigation, commercial real estate, and construction law.
