The Role:
As an Audit Senior, you will lead audit engagements from planning through completion, working directly with clients and mentoring junior staff. This position offers remote work flexibility, allowing you to maintain work-life balance while advancing your career in public accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead audit engagements for clients in industries such as Real Estate, Healthcare, Retail, and Manufacturing
Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and firm standards
Supervise, train, and mentor staff accountants, providing guidance on technical issues
Identify areas for process improvements and recommend solutions to clients
Collaborate with management to review work papers and finalize client deliverables
Maintain client relationships and deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications:

CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification
3-5+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on audits
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and audit procedures
Experience with audit software such as CaseWare or equivalent
Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Industry experience in Non-Profit, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing
Familiarity with cloud-based audit tools and technology
