Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will represent clients who have suffered injuries due to negligence and work diligently to secure the compensation they deserve. This role requires a strong understanding of personal injury law and the ability to navigate complex litigation processes.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in personal injury cases and provide legal advice throughout the process.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case arguments.
Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints and motions.
Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance companies.
Advocate for clients in court during trials and hearings.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal injury laws and legal trends.
Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for their cases.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Proven experience in personal injury litigation.
Strong skills in legal writing and analysis.
Excellent negotiation and trial advocacy skills.
Familiarity with contract law and corporate law is a plus.
Experience in mediation and arbitration is desirable.
