An established firm based in Des Moines, IA, with over 50 years in practice, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. This full-service firm focuses on multiple areas, including healthcare, municipal, litigation, and transactional matters. They are looking for an Associate Attorney with 4-10+ years of experience in healthcare law, ideally with expertise in regulatory compliance, healthcare transactions, and patient privacy laws.
Offer:
$75,000 - $130,000+ contingent on experience

Qualifications:
4-10+ years of healthcare law experience
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance, HIPAA, healthcare transactions, and patient privacy laws
Iowa Bar in good standing
Juris Doctorate
Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload focused on healthcare law, including regulatory compliance, healthcare transactions, and advising on privacy matters
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating healthcare-related agreements and contracts
Advising healthcare clients on compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and HITECH
Representing clients in administrative hearings and compliance reviews
Collaborating with other attorneys on complex healthcare law issues
