We are a smaller, tight knit, wlel established team that has been around for 20 years in the Nashville market. We are actively looking for an experienced Account Manager to our growing team.
-Overview of Role: The Account Manager acts as the primary point of contact for all client-related needs, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day finances of their assigned clients, and oversees a staff of bookkeepers
-Daily client financial activity, including requests and timely follow up on all outstanding matters
-Review work of bookkeepers (AP/AR, cash receipt and journal entry coding, general ledger, payroll, and financial statement review)
-Review bank balances and statements and approve transfers as needed
-Monitor credit card activity, fraud alerts, and credit score issues
-Monitor insurance renewals and claims
-Assist with home and car purchases
