Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in both defense and plaintiff work. They will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings and providing legal advice on a variety of personal injury matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in court proceedings, before government agencies, and in private legal matters.
Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients.
Gather evidence and perform research to support legal cases.
Ensure that all matters are handled with a high level of professionalism and legal knowledge.
Stay up to date on changes in personal injury laws and legal procedures.
Qualifications:
-Juris Doctor Degree and current license to practice law.
-At least 2+ years of experience in personal injury law.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Knowledge of legal procedures and court processes.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
