Our full-service commercial mechanical and plumbing company was founded in 2015 to serve our partners throughout central Texas and beyond. With our deep understanding of complex mechanical projects, we offer expertise and flexibility in plumbing, HVAC piping, sheet metal, and process piping trades. We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to assist with Complex Commercial Construction Projects based out of our office in Cedar Park.
We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable BIM Lead to join our Construction team. As a BIM Lead, you will be responsible for all Building Information Modeling software and services, from commercial and industrial new construction to remodels and detailing to modeling. You will be the go-to person for all BIM related questions and provide guidance to the team. You will create models for projects, help to coordinate with consultants, and provide support to the team of detailers and detailing subcontractors and partners. You will also be responsible for training team members on the different aspects of BIM.
- 2+ Years in Mechanical/Plumbing industry working in a role focused on Building Information Modeling
- Experience using Autodesk Revit required
- Solid understanding of the clash detection process
- Experience with mechanical/plumbing projects - new construction and/or complex remodels
- Familiarity with complex commercial and industrial mechanical and plumbing projects
- Ability to report to office in Cedar Park
- $75,000-$95,000 base salary
