- Strong Compensation ($100K - $150K) + Bonus
- Paralegal / Case Manager Support

- Handle a strong caseload of workers compensation cases from the start of litigation through settlement or trial
- Draft pleadings and conduct depositions
- Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials
- Supervise full-time paralegal / case manager and work with them on a day-to-day basis
- 1+ Years of Experience in Personal Injury Litigation (Workers Compensation preferred)
- J.D. or Esquire
- Colorado Bar License
- Background drafting Pleadings, conducting Depositions, preparing and responding to Written Discovery, Motions Practice, and Jury Trials
- Competency in Case-Management Software
- Ability to Manage a Large Caseload
